The IHDO Governing board is responsible for the comportment of the organization’s General operations, performing duties under power delegated by the board, as provided in the Article of the organization by law. The organization Governing board will conduct regular meetings atmain office, discuss the main issues, review program progress, organization development effectiveness, Governance and Administrative matters. The executive board carries out all the executive affairs of the institution and has a major role in making decisions and implementing them. The chairman of this board has full authority over all internal and external affairs of the institution, and the member of the board is responsible to the chairman of the board.
