Capacity building of farmers regarding Agriculture disease

Farmers in Zabul province are suffering with agricultural illnesses and extreme drought, and the majority of the farmers are affected. Farmers are usually knowledgeable about farming, but they lack access to technology and irrigation systems. therefore, IHDO, in collaboration with the agricultural and livestock departments, visited many agricultural landowners and conducted various capacity development trainings to educate farmers with fundamental farming knowledge and crop sustainability. As a result, IHDO visited many districts in Zabul province where farmers were given knowledge of the most recent agricultural technology and enhanced farming production by offering skills and educational trainings. Farmers are also given basic understanding of illnesses and crop production during the season, and they are educated by expert agricultural engineers.
